What time is check in?
Check In: 2:00 pm
Check Out: 11:00 am
Can i leave the room late?
The latest check out time is noon. In case you have to wait for transport you can hang around our premises.
Are there rooms for non-smokers?
Costa Rica law prohibits smoking in public areas. Therefore we are a 100% smoke-free establishment inside the rooms, but we do have a designated smoking area.
Are your rooms assessable?
All of our ground floor rooms are assessable to any guests regardless of their needs. We do not have an elevator however.
Is there safe parking?
We have a parking lot that has a gate and security cameras available for all of our guests.
Is there internet?
Free WiFi for our guests is available at all locations throughout our premises. The front desk will provide you the password.
What language do the staff speak?
Everyone at our locations speak both English and Spanish. Additionally we have no problems using a translator if needed.
Towels:
We provide towels for a deposit. The deposit will be returned at check-out.
